Dear Glow Family,
When you return to GLOW, some things will be different.
To limit traffic and reduce occupancy, we will be staggering appointments and using a virtual waiting room. Simply text or call us (802)338-9599 when you park and we will notify you via text or phone call when we are ready to welcome you into the office. When you arrive, we ask you to wear a face covering. We will check your temperature and ask you a few screening questions before your treatment. The Glow Team will also take their temperature and be screened at the beginning of each shift.
You may notice we have removed magazines, glasses, brochures, and testers, this is to make our increased cleaning efforts more efficient. We also have spaced out our seating areas to easily allow clients to maintain social distance. To maintain occupancy requirements, we are not permitting any additional guests, unfortunately, this includes children and friends. With respect to all of our clients and to ensure occupancy requirements, we are establishing a late arrival policy, if you arrive (check-in via text or phone) 10 minutes later than your appointment time, you will be charged a $50 late fee and be required to reschedule. We are also encouraging contactless payment, per your request we can charge your account on file.
We’ve stocked up on PPE. Gloves, masks, shields, disposables, hand sanitizer ect. We want you and our team to feel safe and comfortable when you visit. Sanitation of treatment rooms, restrooms, and common areas has always been a priority at Glow. However, we want you to know we have increased our efforts. While we were away, in addition to the health and sanitation requirements required to hold our licenses, the Glow Team completed VOSHA training and Hydrafacial Safety Certifications.
