Time allocated for an appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please understand that a last minute change, prevents us from being able to offer that appointment time to another client. We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointment and for cancellations. In our desire to be effective and fair to our patients and employees, you may be subject to a cancellation/no show fee.
Failure to show up or cancellations given in less than 48 hours for Cosmedical Treatments may result in a $100 fee.
Failure to show up or cancellations given in less than 48 hours for all other services may result in a 50% of service fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your service time may be shortened or your appointment may be cancelled and you may be charged 50% of the service fee.
Eyelash Extension Policies
Please arrive to your appointment with clean, makeup-free lashes. Clean lashes are essential for desired fullness and retention. If lashes need to be cleansed during your treatment, it will shorten the time allotted to filling your lashes.
Lash maintenance is recommended every 2-3 weeks. If you have less than 40% of your lashes remaining, a new full set will be needed.
We welcome clients from other salons, consider booking a "New Client Fill", which includes removal of previous lashes and a fresh, new set.
